At SciencePlusMaths, the safety and wellbeing of every student is a priority.
Our founder, Mark Kalu, is a qualified teacher with QTS and holds a DBS certificate registered with the Update Service.
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful and supportive learning environment for all students.
Our approach includes:
- Appropriate safeguarding procedures for tutoring
- Professional boundaries between tutors and students
- Safe and appropriate communication
- Respect for students’ privacy and wellbeing
- Reporting and responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns
