The KS3 years are an important stage in a child’s education. Students are introduced to new concepts, expected to work more independently and begin developing the knowledge and skills they will need for GCSE.
Our KS3 Maths and Science tutoring provides personalised support to help students understand difficult topics, strengthen their foundations and become more confident learners.
Science
Our KS3 Science tutoring covers the key areas of: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Scientific enquiry and practical skills, Working with data and graphs, Applying scientific knowledge, Scientific vocabulary and explanations. We focus on helping students understand why things happen rather than simply memorising facts.
Mathematics
We support students across the KS3 Maths curriculum, including: Number and arithmetic Algebra Ratio, proportion and percentages, Geometry and measures, Statistics and probability, Graphs and data, Problem solving and mathematical reasoning. Lessons are adapted to each student's current level, helping them address gaps while gradually developing their ability to tackle more challenging problems.
